Terms of Use

1. Who we are

MGX Produções, a scenography, decorating and event production company, at Alameda Xingu, 350, 17th floor, Alphaville Industrial, Barueri/SP, 06455-911, Brazil. Contact: mgoesxproducoes@gmail.com.

2. What the site does

The site presents MGX services, shows delivered projects, publishes blog content and sells lighting and decor through the online shop. Project quote requests are not closed on the site: they open a conversation with our team.

3. A quote is not a contract

A quote is a commercial proposal valid for the period stated on it. It only becomes a contract once both sides agree scope, dates and price in writing. Price, date availability and scope may change until that point.

4. Shop purchases

By buying from the shop you agree that:

• Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and apply to the order placed at that moment.
• The price charged is always the one in our catalogue, revalidated on the server when the order is placed. If a price shows incorrectly due to a technical fault, the purchase may be cancelled and refunded in full.
• Payment is processed by Mercado Pago. MGX never receives or stores your card details.
• Lead time and shipping are agreed after the order is confirmed, depending on the item and destination.
• Photos are illustrative. Small variations in tone and finish between batches are possible.

5. Right to cancel

For online purchases you may cancel within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, with no need to give a reason. The item must come back in resalable condition, with packaging and accessories. Write to mgoesxproducoes@gmail.com to start the return; the amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Site content

Text, project photos, video, brand and visual identity belong to MGX Produções or are used with permission. You may share links and quote extracts with credit and a link to the source. You may not copy the content for commercial use, resell it, or present it as your own.

7. Acceptable use

By using the site you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach, overload or bypass the protections of the site and the shop.
• Scrape the content automatically in order to reproduce the site or the catalogue.
• Submit false data, third party data without permission, or use the form for spam.
• Use the MGX brand to impersonate the company or advertise on its behalf.

8. Third party links and services

The site links to services that are not ours, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Mercado Pago. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and MGX is not responsible for what happens inside them.

9. Limits of liability

We do what we can to keep the site up, correct and current, but it is offered as is. We are not liable for momentary downtime, for a typo corrected as soon as it is spotted, or for loss arising from use of the site outside what these terms set out. None of this removes the rights Brazilian consumer law guarantees you.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top marks the version in force, and that is the one that applies to orders placed from then on.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. The courts of Barueri/SP are chosen to settle any dispute, without prejudice to a consumer's right to choose the courts of their own domicile.
